The Elmira Maple Syrup Festival is celebrating its 60th volunteer-run event for local food, family fun activities, and maple syrup. They have been recognized as the World’s Largest One Day Consumption of Maple Syrup in the 2001 Guinness World Book of Records. The Elmira Maple Syrup Festival has a long history of supporting the local community.
