November 22, 2026
The World Religions Conference Organizing Committee invites the community to attend the 44th World Religions Conference on Sunday, November 22, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., at Lazaridis Auditorium, Wilfrid Laurier University, Waterloo.
This year's timely theme is: “From Battlegrounds to Common Grounds – Resolving the Conflicts Before the End”
At a time of increasing polarization, discrimination, and global conflicts, the conference will bring together distinguished representatives of eight faith and philosophical traditions to explore how dialogue, mutual respect, and shared human values can help counter hatred, prevent conflict, and build safer, more inclusive communities.
Now in its 44th year, the conference attracts hundreds of participants, including religious leaders, scholars, community organizations, and dignitaries.
Free Admission – Everyone Welcome!
Admission, parking, refreshments, and dinner are complimentary. Advance registration is encouraged due to limited seating.
